He made me feel comfortable and safe, and I experienced the moss blissful hour in the water I’ve probably ever had in my life! It was so wonderful to be able to surrender into an experience of weightlessness and flow. The movement was relaxing, the water dancing was fun, and I found a place of inner stillness and peace that lasted for quite some time. I highly recommend Watsu with Gary!

My first watsu My first watsu ever, over 20 years ago, was with Gary Jaeger. It was absolutely amazing, and it inspired me to become a watsu practitioner myself! At the time of my first watsu session however, I was going through a difficult divorce, had small children, and was new to Seattle. It helped so much with the stress of all those things, and in so many more ways. It's a very inward experience, which inspires learning to trust and let go, and also leads to revelations about yourself and your path. Since that first session, I have had many more. The downloads, the clarity of consciousness I perceived and experienced was profoundly exalted, as though I was floating in the very heart of the Pleroma.
