I have not received my order I have not received my order. Estes is the delivery company but after 2 days of waiting for delivery I called customer service and they admitted that they subcontracted another service to deliver my order and they are unable to reach them. This is very poor since I spent 5 hrs on Friday 13th and 5 hrs Monday 16th waiting for delivery with no communication and no order drop off.

CompaSo far so good. Company has a very good website. Ordering was easy and delivery was faster than I anticipated.

My husband is an industrial engineer… My husband is an industrial engineer and found the sauna a breeze to put together. I am enjoying it so much. The music quality is amazing!! DJ made the transaction very easy!

The only thing I did not like is that… The only thing I did not like is that they are no longer offering the cd player...which was the only reason I ordered this brand....but I do love the sauna!
