GBExcellent design! We received the shipment yesterday, delivered to our home safely. Well packaged, and undamaged. My wife & I broke the shipment down carefully, then brought the parts to where we planned to assemble and use the Sauna.

NZGot what I expected. There's really nothing fancy to say about it. It's a wooden box. It really wouldn't have taken much to add some wooden aesthetic to make it more appealing.
