Great Customer Service I love the product and have been using it every day since May. There’s no question about it providing blood flow to your face and neck and improving your jawline. I never had expectations about it removing double chin fat. Some of us who are fit have an issue with this nevertheless. I’m really impressed with their customer service as I tore through the product. Even though I was outside my guarantee window, they immediately sent me a replacement. I can not ask for more fair or better service than that.

Customer support is amazing Customer support is amazing! My package was marked delivered but I couldn’t find it anywhere. I messaged the customer service team and had a reply with a new order number for *FREE* before the end of the day. Will be reporting back once my replacement package arrives and I get a month or so of use out of the product.

Don’t hesitate. Just get it. I had been on the fence for a while about getting it. Then I got this as a gift and I love it. I wish I had gotten it earlier. It’s been day one and I can feel the muscles getting some action after following the protocol. It’s legit. I know this will make a difference after being consistent in the use of it.
