GBHorrible customer service. Horrible customer service. Like many other people, Bubbly Belle robbed us of the money for a subscription, though we placed only one order. We assumed that it was an honest mistake, so they would have a return policy, but we were wrong. They said we could return the box at our own cost, and they would refund us when they received it, not including the shipping. Beware of these scammers.

CACharged - No Product Edit: So it was a system error and their customer service is assisting me once more as of this review -- I was charged $87 for a shipment that never arrived. I see the charge in my bank account. BubblyBelle sends me an email saying my order has not been completed and I still need to pay. So I reach out to customer service inquiring. I was told the email was a system error and to disregard. I follow up requesting a confirmation number - or at the very least a tracking number for my order. No response. No product either. Please give me my money back.

GBI had ordered a couple years ago and… I had ordered a couple years ago and was pleased. When I saw the ad. recently I ordered some and not pleased this time. Not with cheap rings and not with fast melting bomb!

GBJust received my order last night Just received my order last night, Took a bath and was very disappointed the fragrance of the ball did not last and it felt like a regular bubble bath except no bubbles lol. Nothing special a complete waste of money! The ring was cute something that can be ordered on wish.com Its no big deal very disappointing.

GBNot worth it! I've bought bath bombs from them now 2 times, once like a year ago and just earlier this month, hoping they had changed the rings, but the rings are still turning my finger green just after a few hours of wear. I love the smell and feel of the bath bombs but the price isnt worth the bath bomb when it's not fully right. The rings aren't truly worth much at all and I feel that it's not worth my money!
