Horrible costumer service Their products are pretty good for the price however, I had 4 different answers to my questions from 4 different costumer service people including Emma, the manager. This is one of the worst companies to deal with if you have any issues with your orders.

I love coastal scents! I love coastal scents!! I own over 100 of their single eyeshadows. This company has been around for a while, almost like a hidden gem. I've been a customer for years! They offer extremely affordable products with excellent customer service. Their products are affordable and of very good quality. I will continue to shop with them. I recommend them to everyone!

I had an ordinarie exparrience with… I had an ordinarie exparrience with Coastal Scents. Everything was done in an averarge way. They had a decent amount of produts. Prices were tolerable but not cheap. The customer service was alright but they lacked some basic customer service skills. Shipping was also of averarge quality, but the delivery times were okay. All in all, it was Alright, but nothing special. Not bad, justAverarge.
