Customer service was OK but nothing special, though they did answer my questions. This last purchase though I was a little disappointed to realize that they do not offer smaller sizes of certain products. Everything I did buy was great as always.

Nature in Bottle A Fraud Nature in Bottle ships fake oils. I received a full refund through paypal. If people think the oils are good, they are inexperienced. I would go as far to say the oils might be dangerous. One smells of a petroleum product.
