Excellent comapny offering authentic products Nature in Bottle has won my loyalty as my go-to destination for all my essential oil needs. I placed two orders on the same day and paid separate shipping charges for each. However, when the tracking details were shared i realized the two orders were combined and were being shipped together. To my pleasant surprise, they also refunded the highest shipping charge of my order! This level of flexibility and customer-first approach is rare to find in most companies. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking outstanding customer service and top-notch essential oils.

Horrible, fake products! Scammers! Scam Artists! I was promised documentation on the EO's I purchased, but they never sent them. They were very communicative until immediately after I ordered and asked for the back up documents. Then they ignored me. They also make you think they ship out of New York: they do not! They ship everything from India And finally: the oils I received for SO blatantly FAKE! Horrible, horrible stuff - some of it looked and smelled like engine oil. I disputed the transaction with PayPal and got most of my money back. Stay FAR, FAR AWAY!

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY...SCAM! I was initially impressed with the professional site, the competitive pricing, the easily visible CoC and accreditation documents and the regular shipping updates however this is where the positive experience ends. The Kakadu Plum oil arrived and was clearly fake. I've had this oil before and this is not it. The scent is overwhelmingly synthetic. In my experience natural oils do not smell like Vimto. Tried to contact the company but, surprise surprise, no response. Anybody doing due diligence on this company hopefully you'll read this before parting with your hard earned money.....AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!

NatureinBottle has been a saving grace, a game-changer for me over the past few months since I started ordering from them. I am pleased with the potency of the oils and highly recommend them to all of my aromatherapy students. The website is also easy to navigate and informative. I really love the quick turnaround time when I place an order (usually delivered within 7 days). Customer service is always available and happy to answer questions. I just have one recommendation, they should start offering Net Payment terms to their bulk buyers!

I have a fairly ordinary experience… I have a fairly ordinary experience with NatureInBottle. The website looks great and they offer a wide range of product and most were competitively priced. Customer service was OK but nothing special, though they did answer my questions. This last purchase though I was a little disappointed to realize that they do not offer smaller sizes of certain products. Everything I did buy was great as always.
