Disappointed with service I ordered an item on May 30th, as of today June 6th, my order still shows under processing. I have yet to receive my item and have no idea if its in transit or still not shipped. Under processing would indicate that it has not shipped, however, the order status for last years order still indicates under processing and obviously I have received it. Update: Just rec'd tracking info from email I sent requesting information. Would have been more helpful if the website was updated correctly.

Very competitive price with excellent Customer Service I ordered a Hayward Perflex pool pump and filter system from AmeriMerc.com. The delivery is very fast just in 2 days or so. I noticed the package is not originally factory sealed and there's some blemish on the system. After contacting AmeriMerc, they are very responsive to replace with a new one quickly without any question. I believe the first delivery was an honest mistake. They do put customer satisfaction as a priority. Don't have to spend time on Amazon. AmeriMerc.com is definitely a better place to buy pool related stuff. 5 starts without reservation!

The staff has poor communication skills. When I first called this company the person was hard to understand because he was mumbling and I thoughtI had miss dialed and called a funeral home by accident. The sales person couldn't process my purchase do to maybe lack of experience or laziness. I did order a pool liner from their website and I am happy with it.

no communication bought a pool cover, it was so cheaply made, the eyelets tore as soon as it was tied down. Also closing chemicals did not come until a week later and we had already closed pool up. Had to buy them locally. I emailed you several times and asked when the chemicals were being shipped and got an email saying will have to check the tracking for it but no one did. I asked to cancel the order for Chemicals and they never canceled but sent them a week too late. Will never deal with this place again and will advise everyone I know not to either.

I recently had an mediocr experience… I recently had an mediocr experience with Amerimerc. I found their website to be quite average, although fnding things was not complicated. Their information was not overly detaled but just enough to get the gist of what I was lookng for. The items I bought were of accepable quality. Payment procesing was fairly easy and the delivery time was as expected. Overall, it wasn't a very extraordinary expereince, but it wasn't bad either.
