GBI didn't receive my order when it said… I didn't receive my order when it said package delivered i was outside and seen the postman put the mail in the mailbox when i went to retrieve it there was no package i don't want a refund just a replacement.

GBReceived merchandise that was unwrapped… Received merchandise that was unwrapped and expired. Called and emailed several times to resolve the problem. Did not get a response until I called the fourth time. Both companies said they issued a refund and its been over 10 days and I haven't gotten my money back. Buyer beware! I will never shop this merchant again.
