Is this site real? Haven't received my order after almost three weeks. And when I reached out I have not heard back.

Great idea. Needs more development. The company honors the warranty. Unfortunately they had to send me replacement for each side after the originals failed within a few days. Those Delma enters also failed quickly. While the product is awesome when it works, it fails fast. Maybe if this issue can be overcome the product will be highly successful. I wish them well.

Wick turn around for my order -

Received and used twice Received and used twice. Vibration stopped working periodically and sometimes restarted in either insert . Third day right insert stopped working within minutes of starting and unable to get working again. Unfortunately my right foot problem was the reason I ordered Vibrathotics in the first place. But the only one working is the left. Great idea, but product needs work. Also, a lot to pay for product that is not perfected.

My dad was happy with the purchase! My dad just developed neuropathy and is very happy that we found these for his shoes.
