The service was excellent I found out about them thanks to recommendations on Reddit and decided to give them a try. They treated me in a good way, the products arrived quickly at my house and I would say that in general the service was excellent. I will definitely continue with them.

Terrible customer service and overpriced -

Wouldn't send itemized receipt when… I believe the 5 star reviews for this company are fake. Blokes wouldn't send itemized receipt when requested. Didn't receive second prescription for 6 weeks and my emails were not responded to. I did get a hold of operations manager for partial refund, and he did apologize and got me second drug eventually on the house and asked for another chance. However, I did my follow up blood labs and Blokes never sent results. Seems like organizational dysfunction, I really wanted this to work, but unfortunately this company doesn't have their service together.
