GBPoor inventory management and poor response to out-of-stock items There is absolutely no reason an online retailer should ever not be able to show whether an item is in stock or not. This retailer did not show this information and the item was indeed out-of-stock. They immediately charged my credit card which they should not have done until they shipped the item, which was four weeks later! For having something out-of-stock and unable to ship for that period of time other retailers have offered something for the inconvenience, like waving the shipping charge. This retailer did nothing.

GBRead the return policy and restocking charges before you order. After purchasing the tune up kit I determined that I needed a whole new pool vacuum cleaner unit, not just the tune up kit (the housing broke while taking it appart) The return policy is less than desirable at this company. They charge a 20% restocking fee on top of having to pay for return shipping. I decided to to hold onto the part in anticipation that the tune up kit can be used on my new pool vacuum sometime in the future.

GBNot able to return un-used item when did not fix the problem. Unable to return item that was un-used when it did not fix the issue with the item we purchased it for. The policy not to accept any returns on an item that has been unwrapped seems ridiculous...how are you to know if the item you buy will fix the issues if you don't take it out of the package and try it? Seems to be pretty income oriented & no customer service...pretty good guarantee on getting plenty of money for the products they sell without much concern on getting them back, regardless of why.

AUGreat little worker The pool vac we bought is so far fantastic, it just goes around pool getting job done leaving bottom if pool nice and clean, our pool gas a few ledges and steps that are a bit tricky for the cleaner but it's just a minor hitch that doesn't bother yes too much. The product came via parcel post on time and the price was excellent, we recommend this product totally
