GBNot thrilled with items received I signed up for the mama/baby box. Most of the items I received were for the baby, so I might have been happier with a "mama only" box. The baby items were fine, but I was less-than-impressed with the quality of the mama items: tiny-sized samples of a body butter and perfume and a very flimsy bracelet. I like subscription boxes and comparatively I did not feel this one was worth the cost for the items received. I cancelled after one box.

GBMissing boxes I ordered the three box subscription for a pregnant friend, she got her first of three boxes and loved it but never got the second or third and she’s due in a few weeks. I sent an email three weeks ago—no reply. Really disappointed as this was not an inexpensive gift. No phone number to call only an email. Wouldn’t recommend.

GBI would give five stars because the … I would give five stars because the products are great, but Ecocentric Mom is making it very hard for me to unsubscribe. I have emailed them and haven't had a response. I can't find a way to deactivate my subscription on their website either. POOR customer service! I was expecting a response to my email, but it has been 2 weeks now. I just want to unsubscribe! I can't afford it right now, I was going to renew when I was able to afford it, but the fact that it is so hard to deactivate makes me not want to. I will try another baby box.
