Free shipping on 5 phones… I was unable to print out the online shipping label, so they mailed me a label. Shipping is free if sending 5 or more phones. Also they will destroy your personal information on the phones you donate if you are unable to do it yourself.

The instructions for wiping the data… The instructions for wiping the data from my devices, how to pack/protect the devices in transport, and printing a shipping label, etc. were very clear. Overall, a good experience! However, you might have more resources about wiping various brands of e-readers. I had to figure that one out on my own.
