Patience might be needed for order updates, however, Rewa has finally contacted me to cancel my order I have placed an order on 10th of October. After successful payment, I saw in my order details the status "order placed". This status has not changed until today. As I needed to cancel the order, I have sent an email to Rewa on 13th of October. I did not receive any reply and the status has not changed in order details until 18th of October. Update: Rewa has now contacted me via WhatsApp & Email and the order was successfully cancelled.

5 stars Ignore that other review of the guy who had a bad experience, that's due to DHL, not Rewa per se. Shipping to China is just 1-day. Quality of products is excellent. Often they also have the best price on the market for certain stuff. And if something is defective they'll go above and beyond to solve your issue or they'll send you a replacement free of cost. The customer support is by far the best. Mickey is super helpful, friendly and available to help you whenever you have any doubts or special requests. No complaints at all. I love Rewa.

I don't give many reviews… Heard alot of great things about this company and their products. Bought 2 of the glass removal machines over a year ago and they both have been running like a champ. Reached out for technical support to get the newest software for the newer phones and they reached backout to me within 24 hours and followed up on my resolution! Definitely recommend!
