Had a problem with the LS3408 not… Had a problem with the LS3408 not scanning certain barcodes. Contacted Cliff at BCD on their website chat for some advice who took my email to seek advice from one of his team. Later that day got a reply back from Cliff with a solution that worked perfectly. Excellent 10/10 customer service and a swift response. Would definitely recommend using their service. Thank you so much!

All of you at BCD do a great job All of you at BCD do a great job. We're very appreciative our relationship with you. One observation, the return packaging is really lacking. Used and worn-out boxes and lousy packaging. May seem like a small item, however it's a reflection of the company. Just a thought!
