His website is very sleek and professional, easy to navigate, and just made the whole process quick and easy! Mike gives you a variety of options as to where to meet to exchange your devices for cash (at a local and public place, at your residence... wherever you are most comfortable so don't be wary that there is no brick and mortar location). I felt comfortable with Mike meeting me at my apartment complex and he was 110% prompt and professional! Within 30 minutes he was at my place and I had cash in my pocket. Furthermore, he was very kind and easy to talk to--my Saint Bernard loved him! Beyond all of that, my MacBook didn't reset like I thought it had and Mike took pictures of the process and when it was complete after he wiped it. Put your trust in Mike, you won't be disappointed!
