After pondering getting involved in hosted mining for a while I finally decided on this company because of their reputation and customer service. I booked a call on their site and Nick called me back at the allotted time. He gave me an overview of how hosted mining works and also their company structure. He also answered any questions I had about pools etc. I was impressed with the personal service and attention to my concerns and so placed an order the following day. The e contract was fast and straightforward and payment was offered by Bitcoin, Credit Card or Bank transfer. I chose to pay in Bitcoin and this was done seamlessly and securely through Coinbase Commerce. The miner was up and running the following day and Nick arranged the connection to the Pool and everything on my behalf. There was no “set up” fee, which a lot of farms seem to charge and I get free maintenance for a year as well as a great price on the electricity of 0.08 c/kWh. Nick was happy to give me his WhatsApp and I have been in regular contact with him since. He has always been more than happy to answer my queries at any time. Another good feature is the regular email updates from the team and the Twitter feed. Overall a great experience with a company I would recommend to anyone considering getting into Bitcoin.
