Plenty more reputable and trustworthy companies to use than this one. From their email : A full refund has been processed. Please allow 5-7 days for this to show in your account. If you have any questions, please reply directly to this email including your order number. They ignore any repeated requests for a refund to be processed.

Why 3 you ask. 2 fails are from them being unable to unlock 2 simple phones....the 3rd fail is me, using them the 2nd time. Avoid. Absolutely useless, pointless service.

Absolute scam Absolute scam. They take your money and wait 24 hours until its in their account. Then you receive an email saying your phone can't be unlocked and a refund will be sent. No refund ever comes!! Untrustworthy scammers!
