Update on my order with this SCAM… Update on my order with this SCAM company order placed 21/09/22 could not provide codes still waiting refund have disputed with credit card company got to wait 30 days then can chargeback but please try to get a refund as it’s only £11.99 but it all adds up in their bank there is another site as well that is also scammers so beware I wish I read this site first before ordering please don’t use them

Only email confirmation of payment..and… Only email confirmation of payment..and no code delivered, 36 hrs later no communication, nothing..I wonder why ...hahaha scammers....still haven't any response regarding my refund....if ever.

I unfortunately did not read any… I unfortunately did not read any reviews before purchasing. I wanted an unlock code quick and cheap and this was the first link in Google so I put in the details and made the payment. All seemed legit until I read the reviews and saw that this service simply sends out a generic email saying there is a problem with the IMEI and the phone cannot be unlocked about 4 hours later. I emailed immediately regarding this, had no response since but this morning I did receive the refund back into my account. So all's well that ends well but in future I would advise anyone to avoid .

Didn’t realise my phone would need… Didn’t realise my phone would need unlocking with a different sim provider so panicked when couldn’t use phone. These people feed on this, promise you a quick solution for not very much money but in reality do nothing. The fact they don’t take PayPal payments should ring bells as you can get chargebacks if there is a problem. Weird how they’ll offer to refund via PayPal though which has got me worried they’re now trying to scam my PayPal account so have asked why they can’t refund to my card. No reply for the last 4 weeks. What an easy scam to set up, even taking people’s money for a few months and making interest off it. Not holding my breath for a refund but am reluctant to share any other info with them so might swallow it and learn a lesson. My own phone provider (Tesco) actually did it free and pretty quick anyway so you don’t need these people.

Scam UPDATE: I reported the website to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, as they also have Irish contact details. I will also report them to Gardaí, but after contacting Revolut, proving order was paid, unfulfilled and no replies to my emails looking for refund, I received a chargeback. The amount is fairly minor, but it's about the principle. The 'company' is purely robbing people and relying on them letting it go. As almost everyone else states, this company is a scam. I needed to urgently unlock my phone, despite them advertising an instant unlock. 24 hours later I received an email saying unlock failure and I'd get my money refunded. As everyone before me, no refund arrived on my account. I should've read the reviews before engaging with this so called company and I will consider other avenues to make sure no one else falls for this scam.
