Overall Good Store There prices on certain things are just unbeatable. Pretty large selection on their site and although any site could use improvement, having the filter of in stock items helps a lot. I placed an order that contained firearms and accessories/ ammo, so they couldn't ship together. I received the firearms fairly quickly, and the rest was delayed due to a warehouse issue. Customer service really seemed apologetic and took care of the issue. It's comforting to know they strive for loyal customers, so I look forward to my next purchase here.

Great Customer Service Great Customer Service - Taking Responsibility I recently ordered two Winchester shotguns on a Black Friday deal because of a great price and $75 mail in rebate. I received an email and a personal phone call that because of a computer glitch, the guns were oversold and they had to cancel the order. While a bit disappointed, I was very happy that they stepped up and sent a $75 gift card for each gun I missed out on. Ordered a new pistol 5 days ago and got… Ordered a new pistol 5 days ago and got a phone call today saying they were canceling my order. Said they haven't carried that gun since 2018. Offered me a used police trade in model for about 75 dollars less than one I initially purchased. Didn't except offer and won't be buying from them again.
