GBBought a $100 item Bought a $100 item, it was defective and broke down first wk and wouldn't charge. I filled out return form and returned item. Then received response telling me of their no return policy. No refund. I understand cant reuse items! Its DEFECTIVE. I couldn't return it within 7 days due to my schedule. They refuse to replace it or give refund. This is unacceptable for such a high priced item, that broke!!!

GBGreat products but one issue Great products. Fast shipping. I was disappointed that the ingredients on one product were not fully mentioned in the product description. One key ingredient was not mentioned- Almond Oil. Seeing as many people have nut allergies, including my wife, that is a big problem. Good thing I checked the label before we used it. But now that is wasted money because all the ingredients were not listed on the website.
