They sell your info to spammers! Within an hour of making my purchase with Love Honey I began getting spam text messages thanking me for enrolling in programs I never enrolled in. Since my purchase, where I was required to enter my phone number and used Apple’s hide my email (I know exactly which purchase sold my information), my email has been riddled with spam emails every day, all day and sporadic spam text messages. Thank you Love Honey for being a crap company who cares very little for their customer base. Screw Cosmopolitan magazine for printing the Love Honey article that led me to making a Love Honey purchase.

My LoveHoney Experience so far So far, LoveHoney hasn't steered me wrong yet. I have made i believe 3 purchases with LoveHoney and i was satisfied with them all. My first two toys shipped quickly and worked very well ( i still have them to this day ) and the descriptions and reviews on the site really do help make it a better experience. My third toy sadly, although it shipped just as quickly, came defective. However, LoveHoney was very quick in their customer response time and was very helpful when it came to which route i wanted to take. (Refund or Replacement) They provided me with a refund which processed fairly quickly. All in all, even if the product has the possibility of being defective, LoveHoney has shown me they do care for their customers and are willing to help. I will definitely keep using them as my tou providers. The sales are also amazing!
