Initially when I received my order I noticed that they were a few items missing, but customer service was quick to ship the rest of the order and make everything right. At this point I won’t hesitate to do business with them again.

Correcting a mistake When they got my order wrong they went above and beyond to make it right. Was very fast on responding to my complaint and getting my order shipped. Outside of that one order my others were correct and all shipped promptly.

Above and Beyond Not only did they have our brand of xl not smelly condoms that I have a hard time finding in stock, they had them in bulk counts as well! In addition, I ordered a little something for our anniversary (a cock ring) which apparently would have been too small based on my condom purchase. They upgraded the ring to a way better one, saving me time and hassle die to my own buying ignorance. 10/10. I'm sold. They even send informative pamphlets and pins and stickers. Great company.
