Better than I expected This hairpiece has a solid interior, causing it to lift for that 'beehive' look. Its a lot better quality than I had expected; at moment, saving it for special occassions / video I've got in mind. If only they also did it in my natural haircolor (dark brown): I'd wear it out & about as well.

impeccable service impeccable service - I called the CS line to change the delivery address and it was updated straight away. The quality of the garment was excellent and true to size. I was worried that it may be a bit tacky / cheap looking but it was great, many thanks

Fit of the rubber pencil skirt at the… Fit of the rubber pencil skirt at the bottom was very loose and way too much flapping around for what was supposed to be a tight rubber fit... When I phoned to discuss this, the lady I spoke to was less than concerned and not particularly friendly. She said they may be able to get it altered if I sent photo's but any cost for alteration would be for us to pay! I didn't think this was acceptable given its supposed to be a tight fitting all over garment.

Ordered the wrong size and got… Ordered the wrong size and got assurances from customer service that this would be “no problem” and I would get a refund. What happened was, I returned the purchase and notified customer service. Nothing happened- now the goods are on their way back and I ended up paying for the whole thing. Be very sure before you order or else you’ve lost your money.
