Genuine Magic Wand !!! My item shipped quickly and in discreet, protective packaging. More importantly, I was able to find the genuine article of a Magic Wand (originally by Hitachi)! The weight & build quality is the best I've seen in a personal vibrator and I was thrilled to receive it.

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. Item didn't work as advertised on its package. Took item back to the store in Greenwood, Indiana next day and they treated me like dirt. Never been there before. Never go there again and I'll ensure all the internet knows about their pitiful service but worse, their bad attitudes-inferior Chinese products.
