GBI wish I could give ZERO stars I wish I could give ZERO stars. I don't know how this company stays in business. I told the person who I was speaking with over TWO years ago that I was NOT interested in the absurdly high cost of the service and I have been constantly called and called, where it's boarding on harassment. What part of I NEVER call back that I am NOT interested do they not understand?? Other companies would take you off the list. This company is complete garbage.

GBAttentive Matchmaker My matchmaker is attentive to my comments and preferences, refining dating candidates as we go along. He's friendly and easy to talk with, so I have no complaints about the service itself. My only concern is that their fee for the service is high.

CAIt’s Just Lunch is a scam It’s Just Lunch is a scam. They match men who have not paid for dates in 15-18 years and who are not a match according to information provided. They’ve been sued numerous times and have settled class action suits for ripping people off and not providing the services they promise. Avoid IJL like the plague. $4,500 CAD that I may as well have thrown in the garbage. IJL has a disgusting and unethical way of doing business.

GBTotal Scam! Just don’t do it! Please please please don’t spend your money on them. Total scam. I have been begging for resolution to my complaints and concerns for 2 years now. I only got 1 date out of the few thousand $$$$ I spent. The other couple matched after that were not matches in any sense and I refused a date with them. Keep in mind that even if you refuse to go on a date that is considered a match whic that difference was not explained to me well prior to payment. I am convinced that they just match you with any person so that they can wipe out your number of matches and be done with your account quickly. I had horrible experiences with Mike E., the client experience manager and now he is somehow Director of Matchmaking. I asked numerous times for him to escalate the situation so that I could speak to someone other than him as he had made my customer experience extremely negative. He failed to do that, he failed to respond and when following up again few months later each time, he acted clueless. I told them to stop sending matches until I had my complaints and concerns resolved and addressed by someone above Mike. They said the only way that they would do that if I put my account on hold. They told me someone would reach out, They did but it was the same old story and then they never followed up after I asked for a refund and further escalation. I follow up again, left a voicemail with the person and we are now six months later and still no return call. I decided to follow back up this week with every person that I had interacted with, Provided an extreme amount of proof even call logs to prove that I have not received a response back and as of this morning they are refusing to do anything because now my account expired. I can’t believe these people even have the conscious or lack of to continue to work for a company like this that scams people for 1000s. As you can see here, their standard response to any negative comment is oh I can’t find you in our system as a client. If they say that here to my review I can provide anyone who would like it all of the proof of my interactions with them, failed responses, failed resolution, the matches, etc. Save yourself the wasted time, money, anxiety, Etc.

GBIt seems your organization dating recruiters, revolving door It seems your organization has a revolving door of dating coaches. I have gone through more than I can count, and more than I can remember their names. However, the last one Genie has been actually quite on top of things. By sending emails and phone calls saying that she still trying to find possible dates to actually calling me back when the date is over to see how it went.
