Zero communication, no shipping information given Tried to contact vendor multiple times with questions about order status and never received a response, not even an acknowledgment. It is stated that an order email will be sent when things have shipped. My last order just showed up out of nowhere and it still shows as unfulfilled on their website. My latest order, again unfulfilled and no emails about shipping or anything. The zero return policy also isn't great but in general I love their shop and their products, but they used to actually communicate and I'm wondering what's changed over the last few years.

Average time, average products Overall, my orders were simple and the time of arrival was decent considering delivery time of chinese products, however i can't help but feel that the products are rather genric, i have no problem with that, but with the cost they have, you might be better off with some other, bigger sites to buy this kind of stuff, unless you're here for the more *specific* things. If you have the pocket for it, sure give your princess a treat, but think thouroughly about it

Part of my order never arrived Part of my order never arrived. The part that did arrived VERY LATE! When I reported that my order was incomplete, I was routed to another company who basically told me that they have no intention to complete my order or give me a refund. This online shop is clearly a fraud.

Poor overall. Very poor service and delivery. Seven items ordered, only 5 sent. Each in separate parcels. Sent a number of emails asking where the parcels were, only one reply, stating that they had been sent and a refund given for the 2 items unavailable. Two months later, the parcels still had not arrived. As of today, 27/2/2022, 3 months after ordering, 3 items have arrived and been collected, 2 still missing! Have emailed a number of times, no reply given. I
