I checked with customer service to make… I checked with customer service to make sure a magazine reloader would work for my pistol. I received a reply giving me a model number that I was assured would work. When I got the reloader it didn't come close to working. I shipped it backed but was only refunded $17.36 of the $26.34 I had paid for the item. Buyer beware, avoid this company like the plague. Gerry R I was pleasantly surprise that Mag Warehouse made good on the full amount of my purchase. Given the circumstances it should never have been an issue. Happy they corrected it.

Mags were too short and I was given an RMA# and a quick credit once they were received! I have ordered several magazines from GunMag Warehouse and this time I ordered two for my Beretta APX A1 Compact. When I got them they were too short and from what I could tell from internet comments it was a Beretta SKU problem. I explained the problem to GunMag Warehouse and they sent me an RMA# very quickly and hours after they were received I had a credit coming to my card!

Lauren customer service is the reason… Lauren customer service is the reason why I am so pleased doing business with GunMag Warehouse as soon as I finish this experience with the rating for them. It is nice to know who you are dealing with and she won me over with an excellent job of taking my order being pleasant to chat with and following through in the mailing department. I will order as I can from GunMag from now on without a doubt.
