GBLauren customer service is the reason… Lauren customer service is the reason why I am so pleased doing business with GunMag Warehouse as soon as I finish this experience with the rating for them. It is nice to know who you are dealing with and she won me over with an excellent job of taking my order being pleasant to chat with and following through in the mailing department. I will order as I can from GunMag from now on without a doubt.

GBExcellent company! Excellent company! I placed an order for some ammo and mags. The order came quickly, but turns out, I accidentally ordered the wrong mags. I contacted customer service and they provided everything I needed to make a return, and get a refund. I would up ordering the correct mags and they came quickly too. After hearing about so many customer service horror stories, I'm glad to find a place that takes care of their customers. I will order from again!

GBMags were too short and I was given an RMA# and a quick credit once they were received! I have ordered several magazines from GunMag Warehouse and this time I ordered two for my Beretta APX A1 Compact. When I got them they were too short and from what I could tell from internet comments it was a Beretta SKU problem. I explained the problem to GunMag Warehouse and they sent me an RMA# very quickly and hours after they were received I had a credit coming to my card!
