The web-site worked just fine and the order notification came promptly to my e-mail address. Now the fun begins: When I reviewed my order I discovered that I had chosen the incorrect ammunition. I was able to reach a team member and explained the error I had created. They quickly corrected my error, packaged the correct order and out the door. Many other dealers would refuse to help out, but not Pistolero Pete.. You won't be disappointed

Ran into an issue last night placing an order and thought maybe it was because I'm in Illinois, even though I placed a similar order a couple months ago. I sent an email and received a call back today. Pete was friendly and helpful. Not sure if it was a browser issue or system error but got the order placed today with zero issues. Thanks for the call as opposed to just an email and making sure the issue was resolved!
