Bad customer service on faulty product I received a Pro 2 machine which has been faulty assembled, the main machine was broken, as the screws has clearly been forced into the machine, I bought the machine through a local shop, and they have tried to talk with Hismith about it. Hismith claims that I have destroyed the machine, but the screws is not a customer assembly part, the machine has never been used and still have not. Hismith refuses to help with a solution and leave me and the local shop on our own. The local shop is kind enough to find a solution, but I really think it’s a bad customer service from Hismith. In the future I will definitely choose a different company that actually cares about their customers. I cannot say anything about the Quality of the machine as I have not tried it, but first hand experience is not good.

My 1st use of this Hismith sex machine… My 1st use of this Hismith sex machine was with a new Doc Johnson, Ultraskyn Realistic Jason Luv 10 inch long by 2 inch dia vac-u-lock dildo. I got a wonderful pounding. I have a couple close friends who have been wanting me to bottom for them and quite frankly I declined out of fear of being ripped bloody. That is no longer an issue. Ordered So I’m not sure about others experiences with ordering from Hismith but I found their support very well. They where upfront and honest about being based in China, about risks to shipping due to the pandemic but believed there wouldn’t be delays and confirmed everything was in stock for me. Especially Jess but Edwin as well where helpful. I much preferred ordering from Hismith directly rather then through Amazon. I definitely recommend it. ....as for my purchase, it was definitely worth the investment. Take that as you will.

Hismith APP Controlled Machine, wow I bought the Hismith APP Controlled Machine and wow! It was quick to assemble, worked right away and feels sturdy and high quality. Using it for the first time was a lot of fun and the different speeds and patterns that are controlled through the App make it super easy to control via phone or just select a pre-made rhythm and enjoy. I had a few questions before hitting the buy button and customer service (via the website) responded within a day and were friendly and helpful 10/10 would recommend
