It had exactly everything it said it would. So if it's your first time getting something from this site I highly recommend it and their customer support is fast. After 6 days an email arrived stating that my order had shipped, also included was the itemized list of the contents of the order. as well as a tracking link that informed me that the expected delivery should be in seven days. Everything seems to be going smoothly

It arrived in good condition It arrived in good condition, but the fingers feel a bit weak. I would have preferred articulated fingers because they tend to tear through the skin when I try to straighten or move them. Rather than going through the hassle of shipping it back, I just clipped off what was protruding from the skin. Apart from that, I haven't encountered any other issues. I mostly use it as a companion to sit or cuddle with. Given how heavy robotic dolls can be, I would recommend purchasing an hanging Bracket along with it to avoid overexertion and potential injury.

I ordered this doll I ordered this doll, and although it doesn't look exactly like the one on the website, it's still a beautiful doll. The service was good. Susan kept me updated and answered any questions I had. The doll arrived well-packaged with instructions.
