GBOrdered item on 4/20/22 Ordered item on 4/20/22. Because I heard nothing from merchant for a week I asked for a refund on 4/27. On 4/28 I received message claiming the item had already been sent "via express" on 4/27. According to tracking data, however, item left China facility on May 2nd - almost 2 weeks from purchase date. Next, item arrived in US on 5/5 and then a regional facility on 5/13. Item finally arrived here on 4/14 - 24 days after purchase date. Three and a half weeks is much too long to receive product.

AUIt's so different 2 the picture l saw… It's so different 2 the picture l saw and it was damage in the and the box was all crash also..Definitely not happy and l'm trying 2 go thought PayPal for a refund that's how unhappy l am with the product and l was hoping 2 purchase a lot of stuff from ur company in the future but not now..
