SCAM We received a bad review on our Google Business listing from a person who had never used our company. I responded to the reviewer that we didn;t have they name in our system and if they had had a bad experience with our company we would be happy to rectify the situation but never got a response back. Two days later I received an email from review solved saying they could remove negative reviews. I'm pretty sure review solve was the one who put up the negative review in the first place.

We received an email from ReviewSolved in which it said “I came across your Google My Business profile and would like to know if you are interested in removing your unfair reviews from Google.” It also included a screen shot of the review. They had used the image of a singer with his unfavorable review comment. We have no association with the entertainment industry and of course we have never met the alleged reviewer. What would a singer want with an engineering type business? Very clever scam, however they’re amateurs at grammar. Check this. To Quote. “Whether you want to remove Google reviews or your [SIC] looking to opt out from Google My Business permanently , we can help”

Beware This company appears to be a scam. Please beware. We received three 1 star reviews for the first time ever after having an internet presence for over 4 years and from people we have never dealt with. At the same time, we received two emails from this company offering their services to wipe the reviews.
