Horrible Horrible! Never delivered and no tracking number provided. Fake a** store. Thank god, PayPal refunded be back my full amount.

Poor service & I'm still dealing with issues! Have been and still trying to resolve mulyiple issues with my order! Gave them some time to rectify because of the covid-19 pandemic; very slow to respond to e-mails(sometimes you have to send a few to get a response). Tried calling and it goes to voicemail(still have not heard from them via phone!) Was promised on 2 seperate occasions that they would send a "we're sorry" package/item; have yet to receive either one and that was weeks ago!

Never received, no contact from company Placed a order all the way back, January 19th 2021, still haven't received it yet. That wouldn't be too bad if not for the fact that for nearly the ENTIRE two month period they have not responded to a single email I have sent them, both via my personal email as well as their own in house system on their website. Discovered via their website that they no longer are taking phone calls. Oh, and as of about two weeks ago, their website is no longer there. More specifically it asks for a password to access it and when I try to access from using the link I received when I place my order, it says something a out their payment service trial period had ended. I am 99% this is a scam and if it is not then the company has gone under.

Second doll I have purchased from them… Second doll I have purchased from them that has a strong odor apparently coming from the old silicon that was first used years ago, their dolls are not made with the new TPE odorless silicon. Also poorly assembled as you can see the seams where they glue it together, my other dolls from another company don't have any seams/lines anywhere on the body and they don't smell like decomposing plastic but True Touch dolls do. I won't be purchasing anything from them again.

I have left two emails asking where's my order??? I have left two emails asking where my order is and there has been no response. To date, I have never received the solvent and if this is not rectified in the near future, will be pursuing a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Please advise ASAP...
