Although It's an easy website to use, there are moments when pages load slowly. The customer service team has been a helpful in resolving issues but smoother performance would improve the overall experience. Still 5 stars! will give an update next month.

If the conditions changed somehow (like the ladies opening video chat unnecessarily) the client either should be warned about the change and initiative to terminate/disable video or giving proper service without charging for the period of time declared before.
