Worst dating site I’m going to keep this real, if you live in London 1 in 30 men on the site are not in London, they live 2/3 hours away. Everyday you are presented with 20 matches, that’s 140 a week, sounds a lot, 1% will not be a match. Silversingles will recommend you adjust your distance and advise “being too strict with your preferences can significantly limit the number of possible matches”. Who wants to travel 50 miles to meet someone. I would not recommend this dating site to friends or another species on another planet. A lot of fake profiles and profiles with no photo.

I’m really not getting the greatest… I’m really not getting the greatest experience with Silver Singles. I paid over $300 for a year & I have messaged many different guys but do not get responses back from anyone, do not get pictures much of the time & many of the matches live way out of state as well as when clicking on a visitor he doesn’t even show up on my phone.

HELL NO! Once I tried to sign up - they said "OOPS... something went wrong - please try a different card". I immediately went to my bank and had already been charged twice. SO... I tried to call their customer service number. There is NO customer service. No phone, all you can do is send a request and hope for an answer. I will NOT give money to a company that does NOT provide any customer service. I'm done supporting this behavior.

It didn't take long for me to realize… It didn't take long for me to realize Silver Singles wasn't worth my time or my money. I bought a six-month membership and after my third day, I didn't like it, but I decided to give it a fair chance, so I waited until my ninth day to cancel. The customer service rep told me I had only three days to cancel and be refunded. I said, that's reasonable for a thirty-day membership, but I paid for a 180-day membership, so I should have 18 days to cancel. Silver Singles is located in Germany, and they refused to be reasonable. I wasted almost $100 on a nine-day site. I took a chance and lost miserably, I truly hated that dating site!
