Excellent customer service! I ordered this doll for our TV show use. It was a very last minute decision, we decided on Thursday and needed it on Tuesday. I talked to Isaac, he immediately started arranging things for me. He kept updating me the status of it everyday. The doll finally arrived at our local airport on Tuesday. I went to pick it up myself, it's all good! The best thing is the doll incredibly pretty, like a piece of art. Our crew was checking where did I get the doll. I'm very happy with this purchase and Isaac really helped me out in this show. I will come back to him again. Thanks guys!

i ordered an in stock doll at this site,!!! i ordered an in stock doll at this site on the 5th of this month, and now after numerous attempts to get ahold of them, can't call the number as it is not in service, then after almost a week and a half i got a tracking number, but to my shock this doll is not in stock in the u.s but is coming from mainland china, these people are outright liars and scammers, supported by the site"the doll forum".

They use ups to post it to me and ups emailed me that the parcel was damaged and they returned it back to sexysexdoll.com. They were supposed to post it again but I’ve been waiting 5 months and haven't received the item. Emailed them at least 20 times with no effect. They don't even respond. Looks like scam. Will try report to FBI and some other places hoping to gat the money back. Don't order anything from them. Very stressful experience. It is a scam. There are many others who paid over £1000-£2000 and never received the ordered items. They have positive feedbacks online but must be fake or paid.
