DK#NOT TO BE TRUSTED# #NOT TO BE TRUSTED#. This company sells fake products. I recently bought what I thought to be a Lego 'Friends Heartlake Grand Hotel'. The bookelets which came with the product is a complete copy of Lego's booklets except for the logo is missing. Unfortunately my daughter managed to open one of the small plastic bags before realising this was not the real product, and now the company is unwilling to refund our money. I truly hope Lego will go after this fraudster company!

GBDO NOT BUY FROM HERE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I ordered a Porsche Technic Lego set, and I’ve been supplied with a cheap fake. Once you order, they will not let you cancel your order and the company is in Hong Kong.

CAThis business sells fake pop figures This business sells fake pop figures. I bought a Naruto Sage Mode Pop Figure and it was fake. The actual figure is fake, and the packaging of the product is fake. You can even see at the top of the package that it doesn't say Shonen Jump Naruto Shippuden. These people should be ashamed of themselves for stealing from people. Avoid products coming from China!

SEswindlers Their home page toygamecenter.com doesn’t respond anymore. They took our money (about 80 euros) and sent us empty packaging. What should have been LOL dolls turned out to be LCL marked in the exact same font and pictures of LOL products on the packaging. Inside were scraps of plastic and a few small plastic doll clothes. Thieves and swindlers!

GBI should have looked up this site… I should have looked up this site before ordering from it. It shows pictures of the JAX MarioKart remote control vehicle but it is a fake. They sent me the wrong character, not the one I ordered, so I didn't have the right one for the holidays. I filled out their online service form (you can't ever get anyone on the phone...don't bother trying) and selected the "refund" option. Instead they just notified me that they are supposedly sending me what I originally ordered, but it is too late now, likely to also be a fake, and not how I asked them to address their mistake. Buyer beware.
