They sent the wrong color I ordered a backorder color (dark blue). I just received it and was sent red instead. I'm a little disappointed but it's not worth the hassle to sending it back just because it's the wrong color. Otherwise I'm satisfied. Although I wouldn't mind waiting for the correct one to be sent I still don't want to go through the hassle of shipping the first one back so the 15% refund will be fine. Thank you

Seriously, trash company and support How does a company survive with such trash marketing and customer service personnel? You order from one of their email marketing campaigns and you don't get the discount they promise. Then they flagged my order for "signature required", which is fine but when I ask why, they cancelled my order. Absolute trash of a company.
