In actual fact , their Registered Office Address is in SHA TIN, HONGKONG. Liars from the Customer Services who have attended to you. You did not sent any "Gifts" pictures but it was shown and credits was deducted. When you have explained to them, they ignore your emails twice and simply refused to REFUND YOUR CREDITS DEDUCTED.
