The puzzles are great The puzzles are great, I got 5 of them for my mum who has dementia, so wonderful to be able to get small, personalized puzzles. The pieces are of great quality, I got large pieces, which are easy to handle, the boxes are sturdy. The photos I submitted are clear. Overall, I am very happy and would definitely use Venus puzzles again.

Well done VenusPuzzle! I submitted a couple different photos and they gave me their advice on which picture was best to use and why. They always responded to my email within 24 hours. The picture quality of the puzzle is outstanding and the quality of the puzzle pieces is outstanding as well, cut well with no peeling edges. This was a Christmas gift for my wife and she is very happy with it. Shipping was surprisingly fast coming from outside the US too.

Excellent Quality We’ve never ordered a custom puzzle before and were a bit skeptical about what kind of quality we’d get. After some research, we chose VenusPuzzle and the reviews did not let us down. We are so happy with our puzzle! The photo quality and puzzle quality are excellent! The pieces easily click together. Super happy with our purchase and would definitely buy from here again. The only thing to know is that the pieces for a 500 piece puzzle (which we ordered) are the same size as you’d expect from a 1000 piece puzzle. We were expecting the pieces to be larger. That didn’t make a difference to us, but good to know.
