There are many reasons I do business with Nerdzoic. These range from the great selection of products to the fantastic customer service. However, the reason I placed my first order, and have continued with Nerdzoic is because of Matt Roberts or "Big Nerdy". The way he has handled issues within the toy community and the candid stories about why he collects, give you the feeling that you are buying from someone you can trust!

HAPPILY NERDY I started watching Big Nerdy during the shut down cause by Covid-19. Quite frankly I like the guy and his channel. When he had his flood shortly after opening his online toy store, I wanted to show him and his fam some support, so I bought some open items. From that point on the Nerdzoic toy store has provided me with above spectacular customer service. It is awesome buying from someone who appreciate the same things you do. All I can say is that if you haven't experienced shopping at the Nerdzoic toy store, you should consider doing so.

Excellent overall experience… Considering how difficult collecting certain brands outside mainland USA, it was refreshing to get very reasonable shipping rates to where I live, everything was very well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. Matt/Nerdzoic online/social media presence definitely helped in giving the site a chance, as well as a lot of positive feedback from other collectors.
