The site was easy to navigate, and I quickly placed an order for several items that caught my eye. However, the positive experience ended there. Upon arrival, one of the games was missing from the shipment, and another was damaged, with a torn box and missing pieces, making it unplayable. I immediately reached out to customer service, expecting a prompt and straightforward resolution. Instead, I was met with slow response times and a series of hoops to jump through just to address my concerns. The process to get a replacement for the damaged item was convoluted and required me to provide extensive documentation and photos. As for the missing game, it took several back-and-forth communications before they acknowledged the oversight, and even then, the solution was delayed and unsatisfactory. This ordeal has significantly dampened my enthusiasm for adding to my game collection and has made me wary of purchasing from this site again. It's disappointing when the joy of acquiring new games is overshadowed by such a negative customer service experience.
