This Company is the best! The stories and puzzles are so much fun. I love the combination of paper and online items to solve. The way they have evolved over the years is refreshing because no matter how many boxes you solve, it's not the same stuff over and over. Beyond the puzzle content, The customer service is unbeatable. I have rarely had to contact them, but when I have, They have addressed my concerns quickly and efficiently.

And good thing I did because I never would have figured it out. I feel like sometimes the puzzles are just a little too out there in some of the boxes. Not all of them, just a few within the game.

After purchasing, I was informed of every step along the way via email such as when the mystery box shipped and arrived. I was surprised at how quickly I received the box and am so excited to get started on it this weekend. This is our sixth box and we’ve loved every one of them so far! The boxes are always challenging, creating hours of fun. I’ve recommended these boxes to many, for a fun night in.

Content is great Content is great. I really enjoy the mysteries. My main complaint is shipping. Living on the West Coast shipping can take 7+ days.
