I called UPS officials, and since The Cubical company did not share my phone and e-mail information, it was stuck in the customs clearance process. The package was classified as "unclaimed". I ordered this product as a birthday gift for my son, and I was saddened that my son was disappointed.

Great Experience Product was as described and expected, processing and shipping was fast. The freebies are an awesome touch, one of which I ended up being more excited about than what I actually ordered.

I bought 3x3x3 cube stickers on your… I bought 3x3x3 cube stickers on your website. I chose the ones that were identical to the ones I already have on my original Rubik's cube. Unfortunately I received something that does not match. After a second visit to your site I saw that the sticker panels do not represent the shape of the stickers but only the colors. Some pictures show the real shape, some not. The stickers I chose do not fit my needs. So I am very disappointed.
