Terrible business I started my toy subscription two months ago for my 9 month old. He got 5 toys, of those he really enjoyed two. I was looking forward to the next set of toys when I got the email that tiny earth is stopping the rentals and only selling toys now. I don’t know why they would have allowed people to continue signing up for rentals when they clearly knew they were stopping them. It was not worth the high cost of rental at all and now I don’t trust this company. They clearly don’t care about their customers.

Positive experience, great sustainable brand Easy to order, great choice in age appropriate toys and looks like sending back will be very simple. Best of all it’s a sustainable alternative to heaps of plastic toys that have a short shelf life!

Toys are engaging, fun, and transportable! I so look forward to getting my Tiny Earth Box every other month! I think the two month rotation is perfect for building familiarity with the toys without losing my little guy's curiosity. It's been such a joy to see how the toys engage his little mind and help him as he transitions from baby to crawler!

Great customer service Great customer service. I always get my questions answered promptly and the people responding seem pleasant. The email notifications about the shipment & return are helpful. I would mark 4.5 stars if this app lets me. The half star off is for the shipping timeframe. I was expecting to get the new box of toys within a few days or at most 1 week from the scheduled exchange date (7/15), but the box wasn't delivered until about 8/7 or so.

So wonderful! You won’t regret it! For parents who need help with guidance when getting developmental appropriate toys, but also care about the environment, and also don’t like clutter. Tiny Earth is for you!! These toys are fantastic and I feel so much better about our impact on the planet that another baby is going to use the toys after my babe is done with them. I love the concept, and the execution of this company is top notch!! Love love love it!
