I bought a tobbi product through the… I bought a tobbi product through the home depot. It was purchased for my baby niece for Christmas 2023. The product was put together fully charged and used 1 time on Christmas day. 3 months later the car was charged fully but would not work at all. I contacted home depot because I purchased a warranty but was told that the item was still covered under the manufacturers warranty. (tobbi website says they give a 1 year manufacturers warranty on items). I received an email back telling me that home depot should have never told me to contact tobbi about a product that I bought from home depot. If the item was manufactured by tobbi why wouldn't I contact them about a manufacturers warranty? Home Depot didn't manufacture the car. Then they tell me that they have no record of my item even though they shipped it to me from their company and I still have the tracking information showing this. This company just seems to be really sketchy at best. When I contacted them by phone they answered like they where just a regular person answering a cell phone not a professional business. Saying that your not responsible for a product because it was sold by home depot is assinign. You built the item and sold it through home depot. You got the money for the item. A manufacturers warranty is a 1 year commitment by the maker of the product to guarantee the product for that time. Why would home depot be responsible to cover an item that they did not manufacture?

The delivery was fantastic and the car better then the real one ;) The delivery was fantastic. Because it has a pic of a lambo on the side of the box I recommend having a concierge in your building or have someone home or a doorbell camera if you live in the burbs especially around the holidays. I am friends with my UPS driver and made sure it made it to me. City living is no joke hence why this city needs a lambo driven around with either a dog or stylish kid.

Great product excellent customer service! I purchased this gm for my granddaughter’ first birthday. Came later than originally expected but made it. My son had a little problem h battery and remote but a call to customer service, which is excellent, all resolved. On line video helpful too! Unfortunately my granddaughter was afraid of noise but it was a great purchase!

Customer Support You DONT See Anymore! I accidentally ordered the wrong color and sent TOBBI customer support an email detailing my mistake. They responded within 12 hours to get the color I wanted and sent that information to the shipping warehouse before the order went out. You really don’t see customer service like this anymore, almost brought tears to my eyes to see this kind of support in the market!! I received my order and am very pleased, THANK YOU TO THE TOBBI TEAM and to LECEA WHO REACHED OUT TO ME!!

Customer Service We received our ride on car and had issues with it from the start. It ran for 10 minutes and after that, nothing, it completely died. Tested the battery and it was reading fully charged. Corresponded several times with support and tried different things but nothing worked. Tobbi is sending us a new car. I can't say much about the replacement car yet but I can say that Tobbi's customer service and tech support has been nothing but amazing.
