Good communication on status of… Good communication on status of mailing. Packaged well. Timely mailing

Not packaged with proper instructions or item numbering Item has a difficulty with the instructions as bags are not numbered properly. Several were not sealed as well. My kids are young and this is almost impossible to enjoy.

Hogwarts Castle Lego It experience I had was good but the tracking was a bit difficult and it took over a month to arrive but understandable when shipping to Australia from china. The bags I can see were repackaged which was worrying as there could’ve been a couple missing pieces but there was no missing pieces which was good. The bags were packaged 1&2 which really helped speed up the process of me building it. Only reason not giving 5 stars is I didn’t realise the box wasn’t shipped till after I had purchased it. The price too of the purchase was very good compared to other places. Overall had an amazing experience but I wouldn’t purchase from youse again as the box is a big part of the build especially for a collector like myself.

Great Buy The item was shipped as requested and all pieces were present. My son wasn't able to locate this discontinued item anywhere else--he was so happy with this piece.

First experience is disappointing One of the 3 items ordered arrived… One of the 3 items ordered arrived today. I was very disappointed that it’s just a bunch of random bags crammed into a bubble wrap envelope with an instruction booklet. I was expecting it in a box. Hopefully none of the pieces are broken and they are all there.Also, the package reeks like cigarettes. However, that may be from the delivery driver. I am hoping the other 2 items arrive by Christmas and are packaged better. The tracking is very difficult to understand.
