Mickey Mouse ear headband holder I ordered the Mickey Mouse ear headband wall holder and when it was delivered, the frame was broken into pieces. We tried to fix it but it wouldn’t stay together so we could not use it. I contacted the support team multiple times and have yet to receive any contact back. Very disappointing.

Customer service was excellent Customer service was excellent. Speedy response to issue and sent a replacement free of charge. My issue is with quality of materials. Piggy bank gets sent with instructions for assembly. Very cute, very aesthetically pleasing item. Extremely fragile and cracked/broke in multiple places when trying to put it together. I was incredibly gentle in attempting to put these piggy banks together and still cracked wood in several places.

Great Quality and easy to assemble Great Quality and easy to assemble. Instructions included and website help if needed as well. The ear holders look adorable in my space! Just a note that i'd say you can fit max 12 ears per rack if you don't want them jammed together. Great communication when preparing order, shipping order and arrival date of order! thank you!

Love this! I am absolutely thrilled about my purchase! I got the personalized bear busy board for my nephew. It says his name in letters which adds a personal touch to the gift. This is a great toy because it’s educational with minimal noise. I would purchase from them again. I ordered by the deadline to receive by Christmas, which i did. I actually recieved it earlier than expect which was very nice. Very easy ordering and processing.

Horrible Experience I placed an order on January 12th and I still haven’t received any updates on my order. When I try to track it, it says no order available. I’ve sent 2 emails over the past 3 weeks regarding this issue and I haven’t heard back from anyone. I’ve even tried calling them several time and still couldn’t get ahold of anyone to help me.
